Daily warm-up makes body supple

Minor accidents like bruises, spasms, minor fractures, ligament tears, etc. are common in the people who have a sedentary and inactive lifestyle. The person who does not have much or any physical activity also feels more sleepy during the daytime when compared to those who do physical activity regularly. Non-pharmaceutical alternative of many common aliments is a regular physical activity. Exercising at least 150 minutes a week can help people sleep significantly better and feel more alert during the day. However, if you can't do that much, don't give up - every little bit helps, especially as people age. The recommendations include things like a brisk walk, yoga, aerobics, taking a dance class, doubles tennis, etc. If you've been sedentary, build up gradually. In addition to the aerobic exercises, a muscle-strengthening activity at least two days a week is recommended for little intense activity.

Here, I have shown very simple exercises that can keep you brisk and active for whole day. These won’t take much time either. Just 20-30 minutes early in the morning or evening is optimal time.

Hope these exercises keeps you active and cheerful !
